Per Aaron, we will waive fees; someone from facilities will meet them there, unlock the door and leave them a contact number for the day, and someone will return at the end of day  to be sure facility is locked.  Contact Lora Osborne  (I will contact everyone to put Laura and Forrest in contact before the event day).
