RCW 28A.230.070 states that parents who have reviewed the HIV/AIDS and the Healthy Youth Act (High School) materials will have the right to withdraw their children from the AIDS instruction and/or the Healthy Youth Act (High School) if they request withdrawal in writing.  This written withdrawal request must be provided to the school district each year.
